大家好!今天我演讲的主题是《还我美好家园》

和煦的春风吹拂着每一张脸，明媚的阳光温暖着每一颗心。但谁又能忘记那年春节，南方遭受了持续低温的雪灾和冰冻灾害，交通瘫痪，电网受损，农作物被冻坏，严重影响了人们的生活和生产，没有节日该有的喜庆。

蓝蓝的天空，清清的湖水，绿绿的草原，这是我的家，奔驰的骏马，洁白的羊群，还有我的姑娘……

多美的旋律啊!多美的歌啊!

腾格尔唱的《天堂》是我们的内蒙古大草原,但由于过度放牧,草原的退化,著名的呼伦贝尔草原牧区和锡林郭勒草原,退化面积已经达到23%和41%,鄂尔多斯草原退化是最糟糕的，面积超过68%以上。蓝天白云下前的广袤无垠变成灰黄色荒漠和沙漠。前几年春季爆发的沙尘暴主就是来自阿拉善盟和巴彦淖尔盟的沙漠地区。又是一年春天，你能感觉到沙尘暴对你生活的影响吗?你不会忘记吧!

你知道吗?古时候，我们脚下的土地是美丽富饶的黄土高原。商朝时期黄河流域的森林覆盖率高达50%。那时的年平均气温比现在高。因为地肥水美才建立六朝古都——西安,然而,经过几千年的人类掠夺性开发,现在你环顾四周眼睛所看到的和黄土高原，水土流失，黄沙漫天......不管还是是东南风还是西北风,都是一首“苦歌”。

大树在哪里?绿色的草在哪里?清澈的水在哪里?只有黄河——中华民族的“母亲河”，竟成为世界上含沙量最大的河流。你听说过臭氧层空洞、酸雨、大气变暖、气候变化、物种灭绝、水土流失、草原荒漠化、空气污染、水质恶化、能源危机、有毒废物等吗?将来你会听到什么新名词?你可能会听到宇航员说，哦，地球不再是一个蓝色的星球了!

我们不顾大自然的报复继续破坏环境，这是一个令人担忧的情况。一个又一个令人震惊的数字表明，照顾好我们的绿色家园是当务之急。

感恩，当它从心灵深处迸发时，就已注定了它的无暇。“感”这个字眼，被时光赋予了无穷无尽的含义。是感谢，是感激，是感动，或是感慨，就像一个千变万化的万花筒，拥有无止的美丽。感恩的心容不下半点灰尘。别人给予你帮助，并不是为了声名或是利益，若真是这样，你也不需去感恩。正因为别人从内心支持了你，你对他的回报就更不能有利益的暗影。是的，感恩正是这种最纯洁的情感，是最天真的孩童在最天真的呓语中对他人的真挚的谢意。也正是这种纯净的回报，造就了感恩之美。

感恩之路其实并不漫长。要学会感恩，必须要有一颗感恩的心。首先，感恩你的父母，师长，朋友。当你还是个孩童的时候，当你在学习在生活上遇到困难的时候，他们都会站在你身边。若你真想学会感恩，就从他们身上开始吧。为父母分担一件家务，为老师献上一束鲜花，为同学解答一道难题。或许你所做的不足以报答他们，但，感恩所需的不是物质的尘埃，而是心灵的无暇。是的，感激他们吧，也只有这样，你才会慢慢学会感恩，而不是让心沦入只懂索取的沙漠，不能自拔。

而后，去感恩那些素不相识的人们。你虽然不认识也不了解他们，但他们也在为这个社会而工作着。也正是他们的劳动，创造了这个社会物质与精神的美。那么，他们难道不值得你去感激么？或许你会说，我们无法为他们做些什么，但我们都是社会的一份子，做好自己的工作，为社会添砖加瓦，就是对他们最好的回报了。

当你将感恩化为心底的泉源的时候，你会发现，并不只有帮助过你的人才值得感激。你的对手，甚或敌人，也要用一颗感恩的心去面对。诚然，他们给过你伤害，痛楚与无奈，但正靠了这些，你才会发展，才会壮大，才会在一次次的奋斗与一次次的失败中找到成功的真谛。感恩你的敌人，这需要更大的勇气与崇高的精神。当你做到这一点时，感恩之花，已在你心中悄然绽放了。

大学，是梦开始的地方;为了不使这个梦在毕业时落空：那我们就要用一种认终为始的心态去规划与度过大学生活。大学也是我们人生中最集中的能够扬长避短的时期，早能够尽情折腾的时期，所以如果谁的大学默默无闻了，那他就没有真正的理解大学的含义与作用。

人生目标是人生道路的航标，是人生前进的动力。我透过与高年级同学的交流以及与老师的沟通，初步确立了我的大学奋斗目标：全面发展。我决定透过大学三年的学习成为思想觉悟高，专业技术精，工作潜力强的复合型人才。

眼看大学生活没剩几个月了，很多同学又都请假离开去实习了，而我选择留在学校。还有席席结伴一起去教室上课。下课后一起去校外吃大家都很想吃的金饭。下午和来子一起去图书馆上自习，说实话从大一到大三除了期末考试因为图书馆有空调会去那打着复习的旗号乘凉影响他人复习外。不会再有老师苦口婆心的教诲和防腐不知疲倦的讲解;不会有每一天做不完的习题和试卷;也不会天天为了分数、名次而焦急、苦恼……在体验大学生活的这一个月中，有这样一件事让我印象比较深刻：在大学的第一堂课上，有两个女生迟到了几分钟，按照以前的习惯打报告进教室。但之后老师说：在大学中“如果你上课迟到或者有事想要早退的话，你不用打报告，只需悄悄地从后门出入。

今天的我终于发现这个地方真的很好，而我已经大四了，于是决定从今天起只要在学校呆以后每天都去那学习，要珍惜在大学的好时光——晚上又一个人去上了选修课，原本一个人是不会去上课的，但今天我还是去了，下课后，一个人走在体育场的那条路上，人很少，偶尔会有几对情侣从我身边经过，这条路是那么的熟悉，又让我想起了以前和皮，于静，雪一起路过时的种种情景，仿佛又听到了上星期聚餐后，半夜回到学校，我们跟在喝醉的小白后面看他钻灯杆时爽朗的笑声……又回忆起了很多很多和同学们在一起在这个校园里留下的很多美好的回忆。

有些人可能会抱怨上帝太不公平了。我努力了很多年，现在还是经理助理。寒窗苦读十二年，没能考上理想的大学。但是，这些抱怨并不能改变现实，只能加重他们的烦恼。为什么不以积极乐观的态度看待他们？

相反，众所周知，林肯先生24岁时遭遇商业失败，26岁时爱人去世，27岁时精神崩溃。他中年时曾多次竞选参议员和副总统，但都以失败告终。然而，面对如此多的打击和磨难，他从未放弃梦想，而是以积极的生活态度回应这些失望，最终成为美国第16任总统。正是这种积极乐观的生活态度，让林肯最终实现了自己的理想。

后来，我上了初中，与小学同学也很少再来往，但每次大考小考妈妈都会向别人打听别人家孩子的成绩，正是这样，我从妈妈的口中认识了一种新的生物，这种生物没有零花钱，一个月吃两次肉都觉得奢侈。他每天起得很早，又要做饭，又要洗衣。一个人照顾年迈的爷爷奶奶。一边打工，一边上学，而且次次考试都名列前茅。这种生物的名字就叫做——别人家的孩子。

妈妈总是拿我跟别人家的孩子比，总是说：你看人家的孩子比你多考了多少分，比你高了多少名。我总有一种感觉，觉得好像不论我做什么都是错的，而别人无论做什么都是对的。要是都是笨，那么管我叫傻，管别人叫老实；要是都精明，在我这儿叫装，在他那儿叫聪明；要是嘴甜点，他那叫会说话，我这儿叫拍马屁。我总感觉我不是她亲生的，所以我有时总会在她痛斥完我一顿后冷冷得回一句：“那你干吗不去当他的妈。”妈妈便生气得坐在椅子上。

首先，我最喜欢的法国面包。

最有名的面包是棍子面包（la baguette），因外形像一条长长的棍子，所以俗称法式棍，是世界上独一无二的法国特产的硬式面包。与大多数软面包不同，它的内外都很硬，所以除了法国人，它不是很多人喜欢吃的一种面包。

一般一根250克。最适合做三明治，过程有些象我们夹馒头，从中间纵向将面包剖开，然后就看各人口味了。最简单的方法是涂上黄油和几片火腿。

想精致一些的，会先铺上翠绿的碎沙拉叶，加上猪肉、鸡肉或是冷鱼，几片黄白相间硬鸡蛋，最后还有鲜红欲滴的番茄点缀，看了就让人食指大动。

笛子面包(la flute)，一根大约400克，和棍子面包长度一样，但要厚上一倍。

2．花皮软质奶酪：
