他郁闷地告诉我，尤其是最近一家公司，规模很大，但感觉面试官的架子更大，极不耐烦。他才刚说完2分钟的自我介绍，对方就让他离开喊下一位了。

我问小吕，你怎么做的自我介绍？是不是就把简历念了一遍，还是就说自己是哪个学校毕业的，兴趣爱好如何等等。

小吕惊奇地说，对呀，你怎么知道？不这么说，还能怎么说？

我摇了摇头，你这属于完全不懂得面试官心理。

自我介绍通常是面试过程中的第一个问题，它非常关键，直接影响了面试官对你的第一印象，答得不好，确实可能就直接Game over了。

我曾在500强从业十年，后来跨界创业，面试过数百候选人。我想先站在一个管理者和面试官的角度，说说候选人在回答这个问题时，最常见的几个误区。

一、自我介绍时，容易犯的几个误区

误区一：背诵一遍简历上的内容。

通常，你的简历面试官是事先看过的，照着复述一遍，毫无亮点，信息重复，绝不可能引起面试官的任何兴趣。

我之前还面试过这样的候选人，当让他自我介绍时，他直接怼回一句：简历上不是都有吗。

潜台词是什么？你们这些面试官是瞎么，还是没话找话？

显然，这必定一开始就给人留下极糟糕的印象。

误区二：不着重点，全是无用信息。

“您好，我是XXX大学XXX系毕业的，成绩优异。我体重75KG，身高175。我的爱好非常广泛，我爱看电影、打篮球、打游戏、旅游……”

如果是新朋友聚会，你这样介绍，虽然中规中矩，也没什么大问题，但面试场合，这就叫做不着重点。

上面这段话里，没有一句是面试官想要的，包括你的学历信息，因为简历里已经有了。所以，这全是无用信息。

至于面试官真正想要什么？咱们在后文会提到。

误区三：缺乏时间概念。

有的人似乎天生是话痨，话匣子一打开，根本收不住。

我就曾碰到若干个这样的候选人，明明规定了2分钟自我介绍时间，讲了5分钟感觉还没介绍完一半，只得强行打断。

表面看，他们似乎容易钻到某个细节里，拼命地延展，但实际上，透出的是事先准备不充分，只得临场发挥，最后耽搁了时间。

如果一场面试，连最开始的自我介绍都准备不充分，在面试官看来，该候选人至少暴露出两大问题：

其一，对应聘的职位似乎也没有那么上心。那么作为面试官，为什么要对你上心？

其二，时间观念太差。这对于后续工作开展，是潜在的硬伤。

二、一个简单的自我介绍，面试官到底想要听什么？

在公子看来，面试官在让你自我介绍时，最想听到两点核心信息：

第一，你对应聘岗位的兴趣到底有多强？

第二，你的能力是否匹配当前岗位？

我知道很多人看到这里或许会提出反对意见：哪那么多事啊，又不是只做个自我介绍就完事，后面不还得问呢嘛？

没错，多数情况下，自我介绍之后，会接着问，可若能在第一回合就精准把握痛点，你在对方心中的第一印象会不会好很多？

尤其像小吕所说的大企业面试，面对众多虎视眈眈的竞争者，面试官分在每个人身上的精力本就有限。你要考虑的，当然是如何第一时间脱颖而出，让面试官留下深刻的印象和记忆点。

三、自我介绍时，你可以这样说

说了这么多，最后我们还是要落到实处，候选人在面试做自我介绍时，究竟应该怎么说更好？

公子认为，一个优秀的自我介绍，应该是一篇观点鲜明、结构清晰的观点文。

核心观点只有一个：毋庸置疑，我，就是最适合贵公司的人选。

结构，推荐采用总—分—总。

我们来做个示范。如果公子去应聘，会这样对面试官做自我介绍：

“您好，我是焱公子，投递简历前，我仔细研究过贵岗位的JD（Job Description），我觉得非常有吸引力，结合我自己的既往经历，我也坚信自己能胜任。”

这一段，是抛观点，同时表达强烈的兴趣和信心。

“我注意到，贵岗位核心要求是三点：

第一点，扎实的XX技术。

我曾在前公司担任XX技术负责人，成功交付过若干类似项目，拥有丰富的相关经验。

第二点，卓越的沟通能力。

这个问题很大，没有唯一的说法，主考官也并不是希望你能回答问题的本身，他要考你几个方面：

1、最重要的是：应聘者要使找招聘单位相信，应聘者在过往的单位的“离职原因”在此家招聘单位里不存在。

2、避免把“离职原因”说得太详细、太具体。

3、不能掺杂主观的负面感受，如“太幸苦”、“人际关系复杂”、“管理太混乱”、“公司不重视人才”、“公司排斥我们某某的员工”等。

4、但也不能躲闪、回避，如“想换换环境”、“个人原因”等。

5、不能涉及自己负面的人格特征，如不诚实、懒惰、缺乏责任感、不随和等。

6、尽量使解释的理由为应聘者个人形象添彩。

7、如“我离职是因为这家公司倒闭。我在公司工作了三年多，有较深的感情。从去年始，由于市场形势突变，公司的局面急转直下。到眼下这一步我觉得很遗憾，但还要面对显示，重新寻找能发挥我能力的舞台。”

同一个面试问题并非只有一个答案，而同一个答案并不是在任何面试场合都有效，关键在于应聘者掌握了规律后，对面试的具体情况进行把握，有意识地揣摩面试官提出问题的心理背景，然后投其所好。本题的综旨是考核仓管员的原则性。任何情况下，都不允许先领料后补单，否则属违规。本职位是仓管，不是主管，不需要求考虑其它情况

一、仓库管理的专业知识

1、明确认识到仓库管理的重要性。仓库作为一个工厂的物料和成品积散地，担负着非常大的作用。除银行外，工厂里几乎所有的流动资产都集中在仓库，仓库的流动顺畅与否，生产进出频繁和物料的收发是否正常有序，直接关系到工厂的生产效率能否达成有效目标。而物料的成本占整个企业成本的50—70%，重要性极高，仓库对物料的数字准确性也关乎到生产的进度。如果物料没有及时供给生产，造成收发料的短缺，极可能会影响到出货的顺利。判定任何一家工厂好坏首先可以从这三个方面来观察：现场（车间）、仓库和洗手间。

仓库的重要性由此可见一斑。

2、仓库的分类和各种细节管理的认知。组建一个仓库一般来说要符合以下三个原则：符合工艺要求的原则；符合进出顺利的原则；满足安全的原则。本人曾服务于美、日、台、港、民营等多家企业，依经验认为，仓库大体可划分为：毒品（化学品）仓、工具仓、办公用品仓、常用物资仓等；常用物资仓又可分为：原材料仓、半成品仓、成品仓；原材料仓又可以分为：电子材料仓、五金仓、塑胶原料仓、纸箱仓、包辅材料仓和印刷仓等。

对于仓库的主要工作职责可用“三字”来概括：“收”、“管”、“发”。

收：依订单和送货单对来料进行数量上的验收，以“定量包装”的原则来要求供应商，按单收料，大数全点，细数采用抽查的方式进行，一般是5%-15%的比例来抽点，如有误差再加大抽检比例。也可以使用一些精密度比较高的称量辅助工具来达到快捷高效地收料。如：电子磅称等。

管：对于IQC已经验收确认OK或特采之物料依仓储已规划好位置归于指定地点，并做好标识和帐务处理，一定要有品管部门的验收报告和签字记录。这就是所谓的收料“三关”：品质关、数量关、单据关。

发：仓库在发料时一定要按单发料，依照领料单和配料单并查实采购合同单或施工单进行发料，切不可只依领料单发料，造成物料的多发和浪费。并且还要做好出入库的料帐记录与定期盘存，不良物料及呆废料的定期处理。简而言之，用“四字”来概括：帐、物、卡、证。并要求达成“三符”：账账相符、账实相符、账证相符。

在物料归于物料区的过程中，对于物料的堆放也要符合一定的“堆放原则”：立堆、加高机的利用、通道畅通、堆放时易读数等。

但是对于堆放一定要遵循以下“三不”原则：不得阻塞通道、不得阻塞消防栓和灭火器、不得超高。

对于堆放一般采用“四法”管理：五五堆放法、六号定位法、托盘化管理法、分类管理法。

一般来说物料上下要采用“叠放原则”：“上小下大、上轻下重、中间常用”。

对于化学品的储放要遵守“三远离四严禁”原则：远离火源、远离水源、远离电源、严禁超高、严禁混合堆放、严禁堵塞通道、严禁堵塞灭火器。

储存和发放物料一般要遵循以下“三原则”：仓库“十二防“（防火、防水、防压、防腐、防锈、防爆、防晒、防倒塌、防潮、防盗、防蛀、防电）、定点定位定量、先进先出等三原则。

3、对于物料的“储存期限”有一个比较全面的了解：电子元器件的有效储存期为12个月；塑胶件为4个月；五金件为6个月；包装材料为6个月；成品为12个月；化工及危险品按供应商提供的期限为准。当然这个有效期每家公司规定不同，但大致一样。对于超过期限的物料在投入到生产时，一定要进行再次品质确认。

4、对于原物料的进出仓、半成品的进出仓、成品的进出仓有一套比较完整的进出控制程序。同时，对于退料补料、呆废料的处理也要建立一套适合各公司具体操作的管理办法。

5、帐务的各种规范和电脑系统化的建立。最开始的手工帐逐渐演化到电脑帐和系统账，但是电子帐和系统账并非是完美的，所以，手工帐在某些方面仍需要结合延用。另外,局域网及邮箱也能增加工作的效率。现在许多公司到一定的规模后，为了更好达成资源共享及便于成本核算，还采用了MRPⅡ、ERP等系统化管理。

6、“5S”或“6S”等的积极开展对于仓库管理起到非常关键的作用。任何一家工厂的“5S”开展是否有效可以从仓库反映出来。仓库“5S”如果搞得好与坏对于车间的积极推行也有一定的深远影响。同时，仓库的“5S”对于仓库的物料更加规范更加有效储放也有积极和深远的意义。

7、盘点。盘点对于仓库是一项非常重要的不可缺少的工作程序。盘点的目的是为了查明各项物品、材料、固定资产的可用程度，以期达到有效利用资产的目的。同时为生产计划和销售计划提供更加准确的依据，更好把握各项物资的最低存量和最高存量，及时发现各种呆废料和呆滞品，从而达到有效控管库存。

以上这些是作为一个仓库主管必须熟练掌握的专业知识，当然还有一些没有谈到的仓库具体管理细节。

二、具备物控方面的专业知识

物控的工作内容一般可分为四大块：请购方式与存量基准的设定；生产用料的分析、计算及预测；生产用料的请购与余料的转用；进料异常与生管采购等部门的协调。

物料控管是为了更好服务于生产，对于物控的精髓是“三不”：不断料、待料；不呆料、滞料；不囤料、积料。如果这方面没有做好可能会出现这些损失：停工待料、物料积压、影响生产。良好的物料管理必须具备五大职能（即“5R”：适时、适量、适价、适地、适质）和“三不”准则（即不错：笔笔有账、料账相符；不坏：物物可用、质量确保；不乱：井然有序、一目了然），所以对物料的请购和分析是非常重要的，了解这些物控知识对于仓库管理有着非常深远的意义。

对于物料控管我们一般是采用ABC分析法：简单的说，就是重要的少数，不重要的多数。这种物料的分析法，对于我们仓库管理工作可以带来非常有益的作用。我们在按ABC物料分析法订购物料时，也可以按照这种方式对库存进行有效、有针对性地管理。比如A类物料是种类少，金额大，这是仓库管理时的重点；B类物料种类和金额处于一般情况可以进行存量控管。对于C类物料种类多，但金额少，为了节省采购成本可以进行批量采购达到降低采购成本的效果。当然这里还牵涉到物料的分析和计算办法。比如：材料周转率、材料周转天数、成品周转率、成品周转天数、安全存量、最高存量、最低存量等的计算和实际操作办法。

三、具备财务最基本的知识

仓库的各种进出物料和各种存货直接关系到财务的成本核算。所以认识到仓库各种库存物料和存货的精准数量对于成本核算的意义是非常重大。流动资产是公司资产一个重要的组成部分。资产=负债+所有者权益。

资产包括：固定资产、流动资产、无形资产等。其中固定资产和无形资产是比较好统计的，一般来说固定资产按照购进价有一个累计折旧的年限，这很好核算，无形资产也是不断变动，它是根据公司的商誉价值来决定公司无形资产的价值。但是流动资产是变化最大的，也是最难计算的：比如，应收应付帐款、现金、存货、银行存款、销售收入、各种费用（管理费用、财务费用、制造费用）等的进出直接关系到成本核算。所以说没有认识到仓库各种准确数据对于成本核算的意义也不会有很高的积极主动性。
