一、切勿辞藻太过于华丽
对于口语来说,它的作用就是交流,在面试过程中不是让你去写文章,口头表达通俗一点就可以了,太过于华丽的语言只会给导师有事先准备背下来的嫌疑。所以多用口头语言表达,自然流利一些就可以了。
二、不要太过流利

三、篇幅适中

我于19日上午去了中国政法大学报到，一到校门口，就看见她门口的狮子在吼着迎接我了。进了校门，在教学楼一楼排队报到，一看长长的队伍，就知道是法律硕士的队伍，权威数字为215人复试（好象初试4，000多人报名参加），今年在354分的基础上再刷10%，这是往年从来未有的。本身354分的分数已经够高了，如果刷下来，就是相当不幸了，我希望中国政法最大限度的满足广大法律硕士莘莘学子的愿望。都收下多好，可惜我不是徐显明校长！不过中国政法真值得你去一拼。
报到秩序井然，但速度确实太慢。中午12点半才结束。除交费、交验证件（毕业证用机器验过）外，还要领体检表格、填一个中信封及调档函。但有了调档函并不意味着你已被录取，他主要目的是为了政审。
报到当天下午就开始了专业课口试。时间是从19日下午到20日全天。复试要带身份证件和复试通知书。19日下午考的于1：15分去教学楼119教室备考，4月20日的于8：15到408教室备考。按照序号被叫参加考试。专业课口试复试很难的，每人要先抽两道题，一道民法题目，一道刑法题目。你要练习普通话了，要将题目先念给五个主考老师和一个秘书听，让他们做好记录。念完后你有三分钟时间准备，然后回答约6、7分钟，老师就你的回答展开提问，注意了，你的回答即位他们提问的素材，我的感觉是刨根问底。我的回答非常狼狈。最后一个问题投降了，说指南上没有，自己才疏学浅，以后要好好研究学习，老师才罢手。每人复试时间约为20分钟。
21日上午考听力，215人挤在108大教室里，一个小录音机，音质不好，听力特难！！！50道题目。时间间隔几乎没有。我平常干英语口译和英语教师，也过了专业8级，但也有1/3以上的题目简直听不出内容！！！听力考试绝对是败笔，至少没有区分度。
听力约用30分钟，听完后休息30分钟，接着考了专业课笔试，用了2个小时。内容是刑法上的名词解释5个，简答2个，分析题1个。民法出了一个论述题和一个分析题目。这里不得不说一下复试书的问题，本次复试书比较贵，100多元吧，但考试几乎没有涉及，我在复试书上花了很多时间，甚至花了接近2个月作了笔记，后来却几乎没有涉及，后来，它的内容只干扰了我的思维，指南上的内容却占90%！！！我真后悔，后来问一下，接近一半人还不知复试书这事，真是歪打正着！！晕！
21日下午和22上午没事，我走马观花参观了中央财经大学、中国政法昌平校区（中国政法还准备招兵买马建第三校区，成为法律航母）、北京语言文化大学、清华大学清华园、北京大学未名湖、北京理工大学等。
22日下午1：30开始考英语口语。在208教室等候。三人一组，我的`绝对没问题，老师50%内容是和我交谈的，问了我关于美式英语的一些情况。首先，自我介绍，时间有点紧，不到一分钟。我背了我写的，大约有400字，语速一慢可能就完不成。自我介绍不记分，但作为后来打分的印象投入分。后来老师一人问一个问题，不给准备时间。最后每人发一张相同的图画，就此展开讨论。在后两步，老师旁听展开打分工作，整个面试约持续15分钟/3人。
考试期间，手机不准携带，不准在考场外逗留、交谈，一经发现，依复试不合格论处。我亲眼见过几名老师在盘问记录考场外逗留的几个人员并给予严正警告。
4月23日体检，去的是北京儿童医院。交费50元。从学院路（中国政法大学大门口所在路）坐702、745、743、21、387、719路都可以到达。体检较严。乙肝考生一票否决。
29日网上公布录取名单。6月中旬发通知书，9月初开学。学费每年9000，相比不是很贵的。可分3次交上。第二年开始可以申请6000元/年贷款，政法信誉绝对一流，银行贷款没问题，但要履行一定较为烦琐的程序。
公费法硕每年交900元住宿费，住崭新的研究生公寓，可以免费宽带上网（任何研究生都要交住宿费的），此外不需要交一分钱学费。公费生每个月有大约270元生活补助费，享受公费医疗。自费的三年总共27000的学费，还不算很贵。Last year刚成立法律硕士学院，由方流芳教授担任院长。
06年新的招生还是有62个公费名额。华南理工的校区的学生只是在广州呆2年，研三会回北京。
初试500分，复试300分，到时按总分800来算。把每个人初、复试成绩相加，排名。前62就是公费。复试对公自费影响很大。有350上公费的。有360几自费的。今年情况是:初步判断370分以上基本可以公费。06考刑法、民法，不过教材不是空洞就是抽象，复试基本没涉及。相反，指南确实很重要，我亲眼看到一个复试主考拿着一本指南在研究准备提问。
我要说一下一个问题，中国政法大学绝对值得你一拼，昌平校区在海淀区北部，从西土城路坐919路可直达，约需一个小时左右。校区北临八达岭长城、十三陵水库、军都山等名胜，环境很好，找兼职不如海淀区方便点，但也可以。
中国政法大学的就业没问题，以来毕业的学生就有好多去省高院的，如江西省高院就要了两人。河南、山东高检、高院也去要了人。至于中级法院，你经过考试，完全可以不用找关系，当然找点稍微保险点吧！至于高校、海关、公司、大型律师事务所是主流。中国政法大学的认同感不言而语，你可以随便采访一下你身边的人吧！你可以随便看一下每天中午12：39分播出的今日说法中的CUPL佳宾点评吧！现在从事公检法的人士，有1/10是中国政法的校友。校友的认同感将会是你以后成功的保证之一。

I change my major for two main reasons. One is that I am quite interested in economics. In my spare time, I often read books on economics, like An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations written by Adam Smith, Principles of Economics written by N.Gregory Mankiw, and Intermediate Microeconomics written by Hal Ronald Varian. The more I read those books and relevant articles, the more fascinated I’m in economics. But I think PC games could motivate me to learn something such as English or Japanese.My favorite course is English because I think it is interesting to say one thing via different sounds. I wish my English could be improved in the next four years and be able to speak fluent English in the future.
