我采访过不少优秀的工匠和企业家，但最打动我的却是一个“笨小孩”。他叫蒋应成，二十一岁，代表中国参加了世界技能大赛的汽车喷漆项目。说到这个项目，听上去简单，可全中国有这门手艺的不到五千人。比赛现场，当他放下手中的喷枪，身边的翻译哇的一声哭了出来，看着他说：“应成，太不容易了。”操作当中，薄薄的车漆至少分为十几层，每一层都用不同的材料喷涂，而能够允许的误差是毫米，相当于六分之一根头发丝，呼吸重一点都会影响结果。“倒计时三二一”。喷漆误差毫米以内，喷漆色差为零，蒋应成几乎完美地完成了。他战胜了二十多个国家的选手一举夺冠。
夺冠之后，应成的第一个电话从阿联酋打回了云南老家。从小没了父母，是爷爷奶奶种田养猪把他拉扯长大的，爷爷离世之前对他说：“应成，我们可以白手起家，但不能手无寸铁。”那之后的一千八百多个日夜，他像一个苦行僧一样把自己关进了车间，每天伴着晨曦走进去，再披星戴月地出来。训练最苦的日子里，他创作了这幅《星空图》。我想，如果说命运给过这个少年哪一样好东西，那就是梦想。当应成登上自己梦想中的领奖台，中国的五星红旗是因为他在世界舞台上冉冉升起。蒋应成用奋斗的青春诠释了自己的生命，我们的采访结束他起身离开戴上了耳机，我问“在听什么呢？”他说：“《笨小孩》。”对，就是那首歌。

首先进入第一道实验猜想题，打哈欠会传染吗？正确答案：会。热身结束，正式答题。打哈欠会传染是因为：A，身边的人打哈欠导致我大脑缺氧；B，这是基因遗传；C，这是一种语言表达方式。正确答案是，C。原始社会，人还不会说话，但需要经常搬家，老人孩子走累了怎么办？这样一个夸张的面部动作，信息传达就非常准确。

We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. Toanswer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youthis not a time of life, it?s a state of mind. It?s not a matter of rosy cheeks,red lips or supple knees. It?s the matter of the will. We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to giveup enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heartand turns the spirit back to dust .
