经过近一个月的精心准备，首届英语文化节英语演讲比赛的决赛终于在5月13日晚结束。
在这次活动的筹备工作中，我们遇到了许多困难，但经过大家的共同努力，我们终于克服了许多困难。为了在以后的活动、工作中能够更好、更充分的开展各项活动，避免再次发生同样的失误，现在就本次活动总结如下：
总的来说，这次比赛让人感到很满意。前前后后经过了将近一个月的时间来策划、筹备本次英语文化的相关活动，然而英文演讲比赛就是开头的一个活动。在此次活动中，有我们领导、老师、全体学生干部以及广大同学的辛勤努力，在他们的大力支持下，此次英文演讲比赛表现给首届英语文化节起了一个好的开始！
做出的成绩与不足：
一、在活动的前期筹备工作中：由于时间紧，部门部分同事外出实习及学校开展足球赛等相关客观原因，导致策划工作受到很多阻碍！此外，部长对各项任务没有作出合理安排，许多任务没有按期完成。
但在其他部门同事的帮助下，公司已及时整改，并完成了相关工作。
在比赛过程中：
1、比赛场地的布置，由于没有提前安排人员落实好比赛场地的钥匙，导致即将布置会场时找不到钥匙，延迟了布置会场的，从而导致布置会场时间太过于仓促，直到部分观众到场的时我们地会场才布置好。
建议：在以后的活动中可以安排专人保管钥匙或管理钥匙。
2礼仪没有在规定时间内到达会场，选手和观众来了大半，礼仪来得很慢。
建议：在以后的每次活动中，礼仪这块能够提前半个小时到场做好充分准备，以迎接嘉宾、领导及观众的入场引导工作。
三。与主持人沟通不够密切，导致演讲比赛后半段出现即兴演讲阶段。例如：即兴演讲阶段，事先没有与主持人进行良好的沟通，导致主持人不知道如何调整，造成短暂的沉默；在调整选手上场顺序这一块，负责抽签的同事没有及时与负责人联系，导致主持念的选手名字和上台演讲的选手不一致。
建议：通过礼仪或相关负责人及时、随时地与主持人保持密切联系，做到最快时间的让主持人准确的知道外面的准备情况。
4、策划不够全面、细心：在各衔接阶段，没有事先估算好统分所需时间，也没有插有什么节目，导致中间出现冷场现象。
建议：在以后的活动中准备一个应急计划或准备更多的节目，如与观众互动和表演。（这会让下面的观众更有激情。）。
