上午好！

今天有幸在这里和大家共同交流教学经验，我感到万分的荣幸，感谢各位领导对我工作的肯定和鼓励，也感谢各位老师对我的支持和理解，还有英语备课组组长彭雪萍老师对我的指教和帮助，使我能够不断的进步和成熟。不过我真的感到很惭愧，我知道自己还做的不够完美，教学效果离我自己预想的目标还有一定的差距。以下是我在教学中的一些实践和见解，不能称之为经验。我们把他们算为**和老师交流。

第一、充分利用好英语早自习

在教学实践中，我深深地感受到，利用好英语的早期自学对学生起到了更加有效的作用。我还记得高一时汪泽海老师曾肯定的告诉我“书读百遍，其义自现。作为语言类学科，英语和语文都要让学生自主的读”。

现在我认为语感的形成和英语的使用确实离不开阅读。不仅要读，而且声音要大，李阳疯狂英语中说，大声朗读能刺激大脑神经和口腔肌肉，只有大声的读才能让眼，耳，心，嘴都利用起来，以达到全身心的投入，精力才能集中起来。

有时为了提高对课文或知识点的理解，学生在阅读的同时，我也在阅读。因为学生比我更年轻，声音理当比我的宏亮，所以当我发现个别学生只见其口形不闻其声时，我便开玩笑说他“装斯文，有劲不使”。久而久之，学生养成了大声早读的习惯，当读书声变小时，只要我拿书开始读，他们便条件反射般声音大起来了。

二是加强词汇、句型和语篇教学

记住英语单词是学好英语的前提条件，在词汇教学方面，我喜欢把重点放在英语词汇的习惯用法、短语固定搭配、惯用句型上，并要求学生熟练掌握构词规律。我提倡学生把单词放在句子里记住，这样他们不仅对单词有更深的印象，而且知道如何灵活地使用生词。在课文教学方面，强调句型和语篇的有机联系，要求学生以句子为单位，有选择地背一些重要句型，这样既可减轻学生过重的学习负担，又可达到提高书面表达能力的效果。

第三、巧抓阅读，促进写作

阅读不仅是一种能力，也是一种重要的语言学习方法。从某种意义上说，阅读能力的强弱直接关系到学生笔试成绩的高低。我坚持指导课余或课堂上给予部分时间每天做1至2篇阅读题。

上课之前或下课前10分钟我会有意识的带着学生一起阅读《英语辅导报》的彩页阅读版本，这不仅使学生也使我自己更加了解英美国家的文化背景，开阔视野的同时丰富了语言知识，扩大了词汇量。一堂好的阅读课对学生使用常用句型和撰写英语短文有很大的帮助。因此，我常鼓励学生尽量根据上下文猜测词义，使之逐渐提高阅读速度，获得独立阅读的能力，更好地配合课堂教学，巩固教学成果。

完形填空、阅读理解、简短问答和填空练习应每周交替进行。鼓励学生每天经常查字典，养成充分利用参考书的好习惯。重视学生良好学习习惯、良好答题习惯的养成的培养。

Everybody knows waste pa-pe-r and used coke cans are discarded everywhere. You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers and polluting the water. Our environment is the place in which we live, but it is being ruined by us.

There is a story about house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was!

One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity!

But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.

As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. We can ask companies to use modern clean technology.

In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars. Secondly, we can try to use lewater and make sure that we do not pollute the water. We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers.

Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. We can put more rubbish bins in our parks and cities. Fourthly, we can live far from the noise and make the laws to limit the noise.

This will cause negative effects on them.

To sum up, I think television has both advantages and disadvantages, people should find a balance between it. Make the most use of it, don’t be the salves of it.

在此，通过全方位把握考研阅读的文章内容，我们英语教研室杨凤芝老师把考研阅读中的句型，从宏观的角度分为以下三类：短而难的句子、虚假的长难句、真正的长难句。接下来我们逐个分析。

首先我们看一下什么是短而难的句子。这些句子一般都是约定俗成的谚语，是广大人民群众智慧的结晶。既然是结晶，意思表达就会较抽象，难以快速把握，需要我们结合具体语境进行深层的把握。同学们看这一句: it never rains, but pours.这是第四篇阅读理解的第一句话，相当于文章的题眼，其字面意思很简单：“从来不下雨，但是下倾盆大雨。”很明显，这不是一句“人类”能识别的汉语，倾盆大雨不是雨吗?那样翻译肯定不行。其实这句话是英语中很有名的谚语：“不雨则已，一雨倾盆”，“不鸣则已，一鸣惊人”。如果描述的是坏事，同学们可以借鉴第一种译法，类似于“祸不单行”的意思;如果是好事，同学们可以借鉴第二种，就是一鸣惊人。同样的表达在考研英语的阅读文章及题目中经常出现，如第一篇文章最后一题四个选项都是谚语： [A] “It's no use crying over spilt milk”(覆水难收);[B] “More haste, less speed”(欲速则不达);[C] “Look before you leap”(三思而后行);[D] “He who laughs last laughs best”(笑到最后的人笑得最好)。 20第一篇阅读理解最后一题的四个选项也都是谚语：[A]Faith will move mountains(精诚所至，金石为开);[B] One reap what he sows(种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆);[C]Practice make perfect(熟能生巧);[D]Like father, like son(有其父必有其子)。无一例外的，这两道题都是以文章的主旨题形式出现的，由此可见谚语在考研中的重要性。其实，这类表达考查的基本上就是同学们英语语言的.积累，没有相应的积累，很难将它理解到位。但是有的时候积累只是基础，还要会灵活运用。我们看一下这句话“no pains, no gains”的意思，地球人都知道是不是?但是19的第二篇阅读的开头是这样使用的这句话：“No pains, no gains. What about pains without gains?”意思是：一分耕耘一分收获。但是如果只有耕耘没有收获呢?暗示下文的美国商界的产业结构调整做的全部是无用功。

那么我们怎么应对这类难句呢?积累。考研单词书上有很多这类句子，但是不少同学见到这类句子，总是绕着走，不去记。其实这些东西比单词好记，记单词的时候顺便记一下就可以。此外，这里需要告诫同学们一点：记忆日常表达中经常使用的谚语对写作也会有非常大的帮助，谚语会成为提升作文语言水平的亮点。但是切忌在写作时胡编乱造。我见一个学生在考研作文中写过一个这样的句子：As one old saying goes, one arrow, two birds.很明显这位同学是想表达“一石二鸟”之意，但是这句话有特定的表达，不能随意编造。“Kill two birds with one stone.”才是正确的表达。还有经常威胁人用的“give you a little color to see see.”这类胡编乱造、让阅卷老师先是迷惑而后震怒的表达，千万不要出现在你的试卷上，你那不是拿自己的命运开玩笑吗?即使阅卷老师不能记住每个谚语，以他们的英语修养也可以很快地判断出你这个表达符不符合英语表达习惯。所以同学们一定要踏踏实实地复习，别想着投机取巧。

这类句型的特点是，插入成分较多，第一眼看上去绝对让你头晕眼花，不知所措。但其实只要去掉那些虚伪的修饰，这个句子“犹抱琵琶半遮面”的神秘感就荡然无存，句子的结构也就立刻清晰了。那这些虚伪的成分到底是什么呢?就让我们通过几个极具代表性的例子来看一下吧。

Although warnings are often appropriate and necessary――the dangers of drug interaction, for example―― and many are required by state and government, it isn’t clear that they actually protect the manufacturers and sellers from liability if a customer is injured.

一眼扫视之后，发现这个句子挺长的，而且有两个破折号。两个破折号，或是两个逗号之间的内容往往是插入语的成分，这种成分的特点就是拎出来之后不影响句子的结构，并且在考研阅读文章中，这样的成分又往往不是文中的重点信息，所以应该直接跳过对其采取不予理睬的策略。好，句子现在变成了：Although warnings are often appropriate and necessary and many are required by state and government, it isn’t clear that they actually protect the manufacturers and sellers from liability if a customer is injured.

这样一看句子就变成了Although……，it isn’t clear that……，这样一个主语从句型结构。

这个句子在阅读的过程中，可以再次简化，因为Although 引导的让步状语从句在阅读中并不是重点信息，所以我们的目光就可以聚焦到it isn’t clear that they actually protect the manufacturers and sellers from liability if a customer is injured.

此句型结构是一个形式主语从句的结构，形容词clear对应的主语其实是that引导的内容，在这个从句中我们又发现了一个引导词if，这个if 引导的从句包含在that 从句当中。

接下来，我们再仔细看that从句中的内容是“they actually protect the manufacturers and sellers from liability if a customer is injured”在这个从句当中if 所引导的从句是一个条件状语从句。

通过这样分析，句子在层层简化之后就变得非常清晰了。这类句子往往长而不难，原因在于，要么包含了although引导的一个长长的从句，要么就是诸如头衔、身份、或职位的专有名词较多，而这些信息在阅读解题时并不是重要的信息，所以我们一旦遇到这种情况就可以迅速绕过，直击核心信息。

虚假的长难句可以说是只长不难，句子的主干结构很容易抓住，虚伪信息容易剔除;而考研长难句中，还有一部分是从句嵌套严重所致结构更加复杂的句型，这种句子的理解难度就会空前地加大。如果把那些虚假长难句比喻成武术中的容易被破解没什么杀伤力的“花把势”，那接下来讲的真正的长难句就是内外兼修的武林高手了。我们来见识一下吧。

先来看一个例子：

When a new movement in art attains a certain fashion, it is advisable to find out what its advocates are aiming at, for, however farfetched and unreasonable their principles may seem today, it is possible that in years to come they may be regarded as normal.

这是阅读理解第三篇的第一句话，总共46个单词，是典型的长难句。但是核心信息就只是其中的12个单词，考点也是这12个单词。那么我们该如何去锁定这个核心信息呢?首先把修饰成分(从句等)一一剥离，剩下的就是句子的主要信息。先找连词，宏观上区分主干部分和修饰部分。看到从属连词when一直到逗号之前只有一个谓语动词，可知逗号前就是一个从句，when状语从句，判定为修饰成分，暂时不看。再往后，看到however，引导让步状语从句，意为“无论，不管(多么……)”。也许有同学会问，我怎么就知道however是引导从句，还是仅仅表示两个句子之间的转折呢?其实，很好区分。如果however后面有逗号的话，就是单纯地表示前后句的转折，否定前半句话;如果没有逗号的话，尤其是后面跟的是形容词或副词时(如本句)，那么引导的就是让步状语从句，即这句话就不是主要信息了，在阅读理解中可以绕过。到这里，这个句子就剩下：It is advisable to find out what its advocates are aiming at, for it is possible that in years to come they may be regarded as normal。那么，你会发现for后面跟的是一个完整的句子，句中有自己的谓语动词，也就是说，在这里for引导的是原因状语从句，也是修饰部分。本句中从句嵌套严重，其中最难判断的从句就是for引导的原因状语从句，那么在以后的做题过程中，如何更好地把握呢?只要记住一条：for后面如果跟的是名词或名词性成分，那么它就是介词;如果后面跟的是有主

感恩是礼貌。有人帮忙了我们，我们随口说声“谢谢”，可能会给对方心里带来一股暖流。有人为我们付出了许多，我们感谢他，他可能会更加多的帮我们。怀着感恩的心，是有礼貌，是知恩图报。所以，感恩，是一种有礼貌的品质。

记得妈妈上学期给我买了一本《英雄人物故事书》，在我全部看完之后我感觉我学到了不少。

这些英雄人物的事迹以及爱国精神让我为之震撼，其中最让我震撼的是宁死不屈的刘胡兰。

刘胡兰是山西省文水县的一个农民孩子。她十岁是就加入了中国共产主义儿童团。6月，十四岁的刘胡兰关荣地成为了中国共产党的候补党员。

1947年的1月12日，敌人突袭云周西村，封锁了村子所有的路口，将村民们集中在大庙前。因为叛徒的出卖，刘胡兰不幸被捕了。敌人在抓捕过程中，残忍地殴打想要保护她的村民，刘胡兰见状，大声说道“走开，我自己走。”

闫军军官从叛徒口中得知刘胡兰是共产党员，区干部，就让她供出更多的情报，而刘胡兰却不屈服，敌人就当着她的面铡死了六位同志。刘胡兰怒不可遏，痛斥敌人道：“要杀就杀，要砍就砍，我死也不投降，共产党员是杀不尽的，革命烈火是扑不灭的，你们的末日不远了!”

说完，刘胡兰就昂首挺胸地走向铡刀，面不改色地从容就义了。那时，她还不满十五岁。

毛主席曾经为她题词：生的伟大，死的光荣。”这是对她短暂一生的精辟概括。在革命战争年代，像她这样的英雄多的不计其数，如李大钊，向警予，瞿秋白，方志敏，赵一曼，江姐等，那些有名无名的革命先烈们，在被敌人逮捕后宁死不屈，至死也不改变他们的革命信仰，他们为革命，为祖国献出了宝贵的生命，历史不会忘记他们，人民不会忘记他们，他们将名垂千古。反之，那些叛徒们由于贪生怕死，抵挡不了金钱地位的诱惑而叛变革命，出卖同志，他们不仅最终没有好下场，而且在历史的长河中也将遗臭万年。

同学们，我们今天的幸福生活真的来的很不容易，是无数革命先烈用鲜血和生命换来的，我们应该好好珍惜。做为祖国的未来和希望，我们要继承和弘扬革命先烈的爱国主义精神，好好学习，掌握本领，将来把这个建设的更加美好，更加强大，以告慰先烈的英灵，让先烈的英灵自豪地惊叹：啊，这就是我我们伟大的中华，这就是我中华的有志青年!

中国有句俗话，叫做“一勤天下无难事”。唐朝文学大伙韩愈就曾说过：“业精于勤，荒于嬉。”也便是说，学业方面的`精深造诣来源于勤奋好学。有勤奋者，才能在无边的知识海洋里猎取到真智实才，才能不断的开拓知识领域，得到知识的报酬，武装自身的头脑。

曾国藩是中国历史上比较有影响的人物之一。传说，有这样一个有趣的故事：一天，曾先生在家看书，重复诵读了许多遍却还没有背下来，这时来了个贼，却如何也等不到他睡觉。贼人大怒，跳出来说：“这种水平读什么书！”然后将那篇文章背诵一遍，扬长而去！贼人比曾先生聪明的多，但他只能成为贼，而曾先生却成为连毛主席都钦佩的人。

我们无法验证这个故事的真实性，就算是假的，我想这个编故事的人也无非想告知我们这样一个道理：没有人能只依靠天分成功，上帝给予了人天分，人依靠勤奋而将天分变为天才！记得一位哲人曾经说过：“世界上能登上金字塔的生物只有两种，一种是鹰，一种是蜗牛。”不管是天资奇佳的鹰，还是资质平庸的蜗牛，能登上塔尖，极目四望，精鹜八极，都离不开两个字――勤奋！

勤出成果。马克思写《资本论》，辛勤劳作，艰苦奋斗了四十年，阅读了数量惊人的书籍和刊物，其中做过笔记的就有一千五百种上述；我国史学巨著《史记》的作者司马迁，从二十岁起就开始游迹生活，足迹遍及黄河、长江流域，为《史记》的创作奠定了坚实的基础；德国伟大的诗人、小说家和戏剧家歌德，前后花了八十五年时间，搜集了大量材料，写出了震惊文学界和思想界的巨著《浮士德》；我国数学家陈景润在攀登数学高峰的道路上，翻阅了国内外上千本有关资料，通宵达旦的看书学习，比较终取得了震惊世界的伟大成就！可见，任何一项成就的取得，都是和勤奋分不开的。

勤出智慧。传说古希腊有个叫德摩斯梯尼的演说家，因小时口吃，登台演讲时，声音浑浊，发音不准，经常被雄辩的对手压倒。但他并不灰心，为了克服这个弱点，他便每天口含石子，面向大海朗诵。不管春夏秋冬，五十年如一日。比较终，他成为了全希腊比较有名气的演说家。我过宋代学者朱熹也讲过这样一个故事：福州有个叫陈正之的人，一篇小文章也要读上一两百遍才能读熟，但他不懒不怠，勤学苦练，知识与日俱增，后来终于“无书不读”，成为博学之士。这就应证了一个道理――勤能补拙。

勤人登山易，懒人伸指难，天下没有免费的午餐，天下也亦没有掉馅饼的事。庸庸碌碌的人，永远只能对别人胜利的果实垂涎欲滴，而自身却尝不到果实的味道；许多人读完莫泊桑的《项链》之后都会觉得玛蒂尔德爱慕虚荣，追求享受，而我则更看中于他能勇敢面对打击，用辛勤的劳动来证明自身的清白，她是值得尊重的。她也用巨大的代价告知我们――勤劳才是立身之本！

默默耕耘，用心付出，这样的人生，才是“勤劳的一生”。

坦然面对，在过程中付出汗水和心血，那么我们就能够自豪的交给人生一份满意的答卷。

大家早上好！我是高二一班的**，今天我给大家演讲的题目是《弘扬五四精神，从身边点滴做起》

转眼又是五月来到，就在九十六年前的今天，游行的学生们高喊出了：“爱国、进步、科学、民主。”的口号，这也就是我们所说的五四精神。

如今，新中国已成立六十五年，在此期间，我们的国家得到了快速的发展，逐渐登上了国际大舞台，开始发出属于我们自己的声音。然而，在生活水平大大提高的今天，有不少人把“爱国” 这两个字变成了虚无缥缈的空话、口号，好像我们已不能做出什么说得上是“爱国”的行为了。但是，我们要知道，我们的祖国仍然是一个发展中国家：

有许多孩子不能上学或读书；我们在众人眼中仍是一个“制造大国”而非“创造大国”；在抗日战争胜利70周年之际，仍然有日本共产党人拒绝正视历史，仍然有待解决的国内问题，国际形势复杂。要知道少年强则国强，中华民族还未复兴，中国之梦尚未实现，今后的中国将看我们这一代！然而，如果我们只知道如何从上个世纪的痛苦中得到安慰，我们就永远无法承担这项任务。

只有当我们对祖国怀有激情与希望，极具责任感的从身边做起，做一个爱国而进步的人时，五四精神才得以弘扬，我们的国家才得以兴盛。结合我们的学生身份，我想我们可以从以下几个方面入手：

古语有云：修身，齐家，治国，平天下。一切应从修身开始。

在学习和生活中，你能不迟到或不缺课吗？遇见老师，同学，你们是挥手打招呼，还是视而不见？在国外，醒目的中国标语伤了我的眼睛，中国人不使用的厕所让我说不出话来。

一个有着五千年文化的文明国家的公民，只有不讲文明，才会让祖国蒙羞。所以看来，学会克制自己是一种爱国行为。

现在的我们都有着较大的学习压力，尤其是临近毕业的同学们，学习压力极大。但即使如此，我们还是不应终日埋头于书本。学校是一个大集体，我们应该关心他人，积极参与集体活动。

我相信在同学们的帮助下，我们可以一起进步，一起进步。当然，我们不仅要关注生活中的事情，还要关注国家大事。在世界形势瞬息万变的今天，又有多少同学对正在发生的国家大事一问三不知？

一个人努力学习的原因有很多，不是为了考试，就是为了丰富知识。但我想说的是，我们正在为我们的国家学习。我国科技虽已进步，但与其他世界大国仍然有一定距离。

所以我认为，学生在课堂上学习的时候，不妨根据自己的兴趣涉猎一些其他的知识领域。理科学生可以感受到历史的大潮流，文科学生可以探索宇宙的奥秘。这不仅可以提高我们自己的素质，而且可以提高我们自己的价值。

1919年的5月4日，为了驱逐黑暗、争取光明，为了国家的主权和民族的独立，一群意气风发的爱国青年用热血和生命谱写了一曲最壮丽的青春之歌，绘就了一幅最宏伟的青春图画。如今，“五四”运动已作为光辉的一页载入了中华民族的史册。

然而，“五四运动”绝不仅仅是一个历史事件，它更铸就了一种精神——五四精神。本着这种精神，有青年人关注国家命运的责任和使命，有青年人振兴民族伟大事业的勇气和忠诚。

作为具有中国灵魂、世界眼光和多元文化理解能力的蒙山人，继承并发扬五四精神是我们的责任，将其进一步实践和丰富是我们的使命。92年前“外争国权，内惩**”的怒吼已然淡去，但“振兴中华”的青春壮歌却一脉相传，回响不绝。在蒙山，我们，用行动证明新一代的青年人，在五四运动过去的92年后，依然满腔热血，肩负国家、民族的重任而拼搏。

这个礼拜，我们蒙山将接受教育局领导对我们的又一次检验，作为窗口学校，作为蒙山的学子，每一次我们都以自己是蒙山人而感到骄傲，我们把自己最美的一面呈现出来，规范礼仪，文明用语，温馨教室的布置，是啊，蒙山是我家，我们要爱她，其实，这就是将伟大的“五四爱国精神”化作现实生活的点滴行动，平凡之中见伟大。

五四精神在蒙山，在每一个蒙山人的身边，等待着我们去继承和发扬。

践行五四精神，不需要有朝气，只要一点点。上课认真听讲，积极参与讨论，培养科学精神；在生活中勇于担当，成为一个富有责任感，让他人信赖的人。在行为习惯上，知道如何在正确的时间、特殊的时间做正确的时情。

我们不仅应该有理想，而且应该着眼于现实并为我们的未来制定计划。

纪念五四运动90周年的时候，温家宝总理对清华学子说过这样一段话，让我铭记在心，他说，每一个青年的前途离不开国家的前途。没有国家的未来，青年就没有未来。我们国家是大有希望的，是有光明前途的。

我国的发展和社会的进步将为每一个青年创造一个可利用的空间。此外，国家的未来也离不开青年的未来。一个国家的希望在于年轻人和你。

没有青年的牺牲和奋斗，没有全民族素质的提高，这个民族和国家就没有希望。这两点是相互关联的。归根结底，年轻人应该把自己的命运和国家的命运联系起来。

这段话，今天和每一位蒙山学子共勉，只有我们把自己的命运和国家的命运连在一起，我们才能成为社会的栋梁和民族的脊梁。我相信我们会实现一个强大国家的梦想！
